Now you can quickly and easily schedule an appointment online:

Reservation / Deposit

An upfront deposit of $20 is required to ensure an appointment. Once a time and date are confirmed, the customer has 15 minutes to pay via the following or the appointment time goes to the next inquiring client.

Once the appointment has been made and confirmed, please fill out and complete the needed Client Intake and Health information.

Cancellation

Cancellation must take place by 24 hours prior to the day of the appointment or the deposit will be lost and there will be NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
